We’re thrilled to announce our upcoming Jog-a-Thon, a fantastic opportunity for our students to get active, have fun, and contribute to our school’s future! This year, we’re focusing on three key areas that will make a significant impact on our school community.
Why Are We Fundraising? If each student can raise $100, it will allow us to:
- Enhance Our Classrooms: We’ll purchase new supplies and curriculum programs that will directly benefit our students’ learning experiences.
- Expand Our STEAM Programs: Your contributions will help us enhance our science, technology, engineering, arts, and math programs, fostering creativity and innovation.
- Upgrade Our Campus: Fully fund the new Community Garden on campus!
But that’s not all! With the funds raised, this year our Parent-Teacher Club (PTC) aims to:
- Install Shade Structures: We spent the last two years fundraising for umbrellas and were well underway with the plan, but good news! The district is providing a brand-new shade structure, so we get to put the money we raised toward other things our Stoneridge community has told us they would like to see. Woohoo!
- Provide Spirit Wear for All: This year, and for years going forward, the PTC aims to provide Spirit Wear for all kids at Stoneridge!
- Lower the cost of Field Trips: The PTC currently subsidizes field trips but will be able to lower the cost of field trips even further for all families if we hit our fundraising goals.
How Can You Help? Every dollar counts! Encourage your child to participate and reach out to family, friends, and neighbors to sponsor them. Together, we can achieve these goals and create a lasting impact on our school community. Big fundraising events, such as Jog-A-Thon, are what makes it all possible! No donation is too small and every single donation will have a positive and lasting impact on Stoneridge.

- Start fundraising today! Every student has their own Jog-A-Thon webpage for collecting pledges through 99Pledges. Send your personal fundraising page to family and friends to collect pledges for your child. It’s super easy and accepts credit card/paypal. You can also send in check/cash in the envelopes that will be sent home with your child. Your child can also win prizes for participation!

- Sign up to volunteer and cheer on your student(s) at Jog-A-Thon on 9/30.

- All Volunteers will receive an adult Jog-a-thon shirt
- Jog-a-Thon t-shirts. Pre-order your special white “Running with the PACK” event t-shirt by Sept. 14.
- ORDER YOUR JOG-A-THON SHIRT HERE
- Orders will be delivered to your student’s classroom.
Jog-a-thon Schedule – Sept. 30
Parents and family will be welcome on campus at 8:15 a.m. to cheer on and watch their students run. Spectators will need to sign in at the office before entering campus.
- 8:30 a.m. – Warm-up assembly kicks off
- 9 a.m. – Races Begin
- 10 a.m. – Jog-a-thon ends, students say goodbye to spectators, and return to class
