PRINCIPAL
My name is Megan Spears, and I am beyond proud to serve as the principal of Stoneridge Elementary School. It is a privilege to be part of such an incredible community of dedicated educators, staff, students, and families who work together each day to create a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
I truly believe that every child deserves to be seen, heard, valued, and cherished. Our responsibility is to create an environment where every student feels they belong, is encouraged to grow, and is inspired to become the very best version of themselves.
On a personal note, family is at the heart of everything I do. My husband and I love spending time with our daughter and soaking in all of the new and special moments that come with watching her grow. We also enjoy spending time with our extended family, cheering on the 49ers, Giants, and Warriors, playing golf, hiking, and discovering new board games together. These moments remind me of the importance of connection, laughter, and creating lasting memories.
I am deeply committed to partnering with our families and the entire Stoneridge community to ensure every child receives an exceptional education. I believe strong relationships built on trust, transparency, collaboration, and respect are the foundation of a thriving school. Together, we will continue to foster a welcoming, inclusive environment where students are challenged, supported, and celebrated every step of the way.
