PRINCIPAL
My name is Megan Spears, and it is with immense joy that I introduce myself as the principal of Stoneridge Elementary School. I am honored to be part of such a dedicated team of educators, staff, and parents and guardians who are committed to creating a positive learning environment for our students.
Children deserve to be seen, heard, valued, and cherished; our job is to make that happen and to bring out the best in each of them.
On a more personal note, my family holds a special place in my life. I’m fortunate to have a loving husband, and being an aunt to several amazing nieces and nephews fills my life with joy. Our weekends are often filled with shared activities, like cheering for the 49ers, Giants, or Warriors, playing golf, going on hikes, or exploring new board games together. These moments are truly special and keep us connected as a close-knit bunch.
I want to express my commitment to supporting and collaborating with all educational partners to ensure our students receive the best education possible. I believe in creating a culture of trust, transparency, and respect, and I am committed to promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
